Contacting Shortlisted Candidates
After creating your shortlist, the next step of the recruitment process is to contact your potential employees; with the help of our simple user interface this process is made quick and easy. You can send a message, send interview invitations, and make job offers in 2 simple clicks.
Every time you send a message the candidate receives an email and an SMS notification.
Here's how it works:
To use the “Invite to Interview” function, simply fill in a form consisting of the type of interview, your preferred date and time and any additional details/instructions. The candidate will get notified and reply to your request, all within the DigitalGrads hiring platform.
With the function “Make Job Offer” a standard job offer letter is created using information you previously provided, you can edit it as much as you like, then simply press send.
