What does the DigitalGrads screening process involve?

All of our Graduates are encouraged to complete training modules so they have a better understanding of what working for a tech company will be like, and what their role may involve. We also teach practical digital skills in some disciplines, and it’s our aim to continue to provide more employability, business and digital training free of charge. 

We also work with our Graduates to help them build up a portfolio of work to show you, such as writing blog posts, building a website, creating a case study, writing social media posts or optimising copy on a web page. Some of our graduates have previously completed internships or had first roles, and some have not. We assess their industry skills and rate them on the platform. The higher up the platform the candidate appears the more skills they have.
