How do I chat to candidates on DigitalGrads?

It’s really easy. DigitalGrads has a proprietary messaging app and we ask that first contact with candidates is made through the platform. 

The first step is to add a candidate to your shortlist. Once on your shortlist and you have created a role, the candidate's full name will be revealed and you simply hit the chat button to connect and send a message.

We recommend that as far as possible you keep all messaging on the system, that way we can help manage the process, and send reminders to you and the grads that there are messages waiting to be read.
